Hey there, I'm Rica! For over a decade, I've been the person behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly so leaders can focus on what truly matters.
I've supported teams and senior leaders across hospitality, nonprofit and healthtech - coordinating VIP events at a Forbes 5-star resort, serving as the trusted go-to for a major destination marketing organization's sales division, and supporting executive recruiting for a fast-paced startup. I've worked in environments where clarity, discretion, and follow-through were essential.
Throughout my career, my mentors encouraged me to find my voice and to step into my strengths. When my family moved from San Diego, California to the Netherlands, that transition became the catalyst to build Sparked Voice.
Now, I use my voice to amplify the impact of purpose-driven entrepreneurs integrating social or environmental good into the core of their work. I believe when these businesses thrive, they create jobs, serve communities, and prove there's a better way to build companies.
