I have been intentionally quiet on social media lately. Less scrolling, more doing. And wow, I got so much done!
I attended two Dubsado webinars with Becca Berg, the founder herself. If you ever get the chance to learn from her, take it. She is engaging, clear and genuinely passionate about helping business owners work smarter.
One thing she said stopped me completely.
Building systems and structure around your client experience is a form of self care.
Yes, a thousand times yes!
So I Put It Into Practice
I closed my social media tabs and got to work. From new lead inquiry to forms, contracts, templates, scheduler, onboarding and automations. All built out in Dubsado so that every client who works with Sparked Voice is taken care of consistently, not just when I remember to check in. Systems that free me up to show up fully for my clients and my business. Elevating the experience for both of us.
My hospitality training shaped everything about how I approach client experience. The intentionality, the tailored care, the standard of making every client feel like they are your only client. Building this system was putting all of that into practice. It was the infrastructure behind the intention.
The Proof That It Works
With my client experience process all set up, I was able to step away from my desk, which is my kitchen table, for a few days to enjoy our first spring in the Netherlands. My business kept running and nothing fell through the cracks.
That is what a good system does. It gives you your life back. I got to spend that time with my husband and son soaking up the most beautiful spring. Tulips as far as the eye could see, the joy of Koningsdag...

A good system does not just protect your clients.
It protects your time, your energy and your peace of mind.
Somewhere in the middle of all of this I realized something. I genuinely enjoy building this kind of structure. The forms, the workflows, the automations that make everything run smoothly behind the scenes. It is one of the things I do best and one of the things I bring to every business I work with. As a founder and changemaker, you should not have to figure all of this out alone. And you should not have to choose between running your business and living your life.
